Phyzii is a cloud-based CRM built by Cirrius Technologies specifically for pharmaceutical and life sciences sales teams. It is not a general business CRM. It is a field force automation platform for medical representatives, built around calling on doctors, showing approved detailing content, tracking samples and reporting from the field. Cirrius has been developing it since 2007, and it supports pharma, OTC, animal health, hospitals, diagnostics, devices and key accounts. This review is research-based. Phyzii is sold through a demo and sales process with no public free trial, so I did not create an account or run hands-on tests, and I have flagged what I could not verify.

There is no instant sign-up. You request a demo through the Cirrius site, go through a scoping and sales conversation, and Cirrius handles implementation, training and support as a dedicated service. Existing clients log in through a hosted portal at phyzii.cirrius.in, which points to each customer running a configured instance rather than a shared public app. Expect a configuration and training phase before reps use it day to day. The exact sign-up fields and first-run screens sit behind that process and could not be verified.

Phyzii does not publish pricing. The model is subscription-based and typically charged per user per month, with the total shaped by features, user count, deployment scale and customization. You contact the vendor for a quote. Any specific starting figure listed online is a placeholder that means request a quote, so do not rely on it. This is enterprise pharma software priced accordingly, and smaller companies should weigh the ongoing cost and support needs before committing.
Consider it if
You run a pharmaceutical, OTC, animal health or diagnostics sales operation. You need field reporting and compliant e-detailing. You want a vendor with deep India pharma experience. Cirrius states Phyzii has over 100,000 users across more than 30 customers in over 20 countries, naming clients such as Cipla, Bayer, Abbott, Alembic, Cadila and Zydus.
Skip it if
You want a mainstream CRM for general leads and deals. A free trial and public pricing are must-haves. ERP integration and claims management are core needs.
In my opinion, Phyzii is a credible and established choice for its intended audience rather than an experimental one, and I would happily put it on a shortlist for any pharma or life sciences sales team. What won me over is how clearly it is built for this world. The field force automation, the closed-loop marketing and the offline reliability are not bolted-on afterthoughts, and that focus is something a general CRM simply cannot match.
That said, I am not blind to its rough edges. The mobile lag that users keep raising would frustrate me on a busy field day, the learning curve is real in the first week, and the limited ERP integration is a genuine constraint if your systems need to talk to each other. My honest feedback is that none of these are dealbreakers for a committed pharma buyer, but they are worth pressing on during a demo.
My advice, and the approach I would take myself, is simple. Because there is no free trial and no public pricing, do not buy on the brochure. Book a demo, ask hard questions about mobile performance and integrations, get a written quote, and call a reference customer of a similar size. Do that, and I think most pharma teams will find Phyzii delivers.
